Couples work
Make time to hear each other. A space to slow down, speak openly, and rediscover the small gestures that make a relationship feel close.
- About couples work
A relationship needs moments when both people have time to be heard. Our couples sessions make room for those conversations, with gentle structure and attentive guidance. You might arrive with a question that keeps returning, a change you are navigating together, or a wish to feel closer in the midst of busy lives.
We begin by listening to each partner and noticing how the conversation unfolds. Where does it become difficult to stay curious? What helps each of you feel understood? Maya and Elena guide you in exploring those moments, creating space to put words to what matters and hear what your partner is trying to say.
- Methods
We use guided dialogue, reflection, breathing, and simple awareness exercises to help you slow the pace of a conversation. There is time to speak, time to listen, and time to notice your own responses. The emphasis is on finding ways of relating that you can continue exploring together at home.
These sessions are for partners who want to give their relationship deliberate attention. That may mean making room for a difficult subject, reconnecting after a demanding season, or learning how to ask for support. We work at a pace that leaves space for both voices, with curiosity about the relationship you would like to create together.
